The following are the terms and conditions that constitute as our Shipping Policy.


We offer FREE DELIVERY throughout of the UK Mainland. A signature will be required on delivery.



  • All orders are normally processed within 2-3 Business days.

  • Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.

  • Standard shipping is 2-5 working days

  • We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays that arise from issues outside of our control.




  • A Shipment confirmation email or telephone call with Tracking Numbers will be sent upon

order shipment.

  • Tracking Numbers will become active within 24-48 hours of email receipt.

  • We use trusted UK Couriers to deliver our products.

  • Should any product be out of stock – very rarely there may be a delay in updating the website, we will contact the customer and discuss options of either awaiting the next delivery, changing the product (customer will need to pay the difference if more expensive) or having a full refund at no charge.




  • If you open the package and find the item has been damaged or any items are missing, please contact us on either or 01254 478285 within 24 hours of receipt of the item/s. We can then check with the courier with whom delivered the goods.

  • If on receipt the packaging appears to have been damaged via the transport- you must sign the courier’s delivery note as – Parcels received damaged/poor condition. Please do not sign for the delivery. If you sign for the item/s, this will state you have taken responsibility for it. We do advise on inspecting the delivery while the courier is still present. This is so the company can liaise with the 3rd party and make a claim if required.

  • Please retain all packaging in case the courier wishes to inspect/validate the claim.

  • Please also note that due to the couriers Terms and Conditions of transportation, any item that is requested to be left without a signature with be at the customers own risk. If you have also requested instructions to leave without a signature/different place or with a neighbour then Valley Outdoors Ltd and the courier will not accept liability for damaged or lost goods.

  • If item/s are requested to be delivered to a company, business or third party – once a signature has been received – Valley Outdoors Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the goods.




If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

  • Original and return shipping costs paid by Valley Outdoors Ltd.

  • Duties, taxes, and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments

  • The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.



We currently do not offer international shipping.



In the interests of quality control of the products, all returned goods will be inspected by us and/or the manufacturer prior to any refund or repair being made.


Refunds are processed within 14 days from when goods arrive back to the warehouse and the refunded amount will be allocated to the account from which the payment was originally made (please note that payment clearance periods are dictated by the card issuers/Paypal and are outside our control).


Refunds will only be provided if there is a manufacturing fault and if notified within a reasonable time of receipt – therefore please exam your item/s immediately. We may request images for evidence. This does not affect your statutory rights.


We are confident that you will enjoy your purchase, however, in the unlikely event that you have a concern on receiving your item/s, please get in touch with us first.


In some cases, we may be able to resolve a problem without the goods needing to be returned, at other times we may need to refer to the manufacturer for the best course of action.
